Client metal is recorded separately from Aurum’s operating assets. The governing custody agreement explains treatment in an insolvency scenario.
Eligible holdings are covered under custody insurance while stored and, where agreed, during approved transport. Limits, exclusions and evidence are supplied before custody begins.
Physical holdings and custody records are reconciled under a documented control programme. Relevant assurance material is available to eligible clients.
Vault access, custody instructions and ownership changes follow multi-step identity and authorisation controls.
Aurum’s acceptance process records provenance and screens incoming metal. Good Delivery status is only claimed for qualifying bars from listed refiners.
